La realización de un pedido conlleva la aceptación de las
siguientes cláusulas:
- Shipping by NACEX or DHL (Peninsula and Baleares):
The estimated delivery time is of 24 Hours (working days),
the delivery could be extended up to 48 Hours, if in 2 days NACEX or
DHL hasn´t delivered the package, dscasturias.com will reclaim the delivery,
but if it is lost, dscasturias.com will not be responsable but will pay the fine
stablished by NACEX or DHL for the lost of the package to the person it was going to be sent to.
- Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
The shippings to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may only choose paying for the shipping and handling or
bank account transference. The bill will be done without taxes.
- Paying the shipping and handling:
The shippings done with this payment modality that arrive to dscasturias.com,
without a contact telephone and an identification card, apart from all the personal dates
will not be done and will be taken away from the delivery list.
These orders will only be sent by NACEX.
NACEX will add a total of 3% to the bill of the order
as a signal, This signal will be minimum of 3 Euros; and a maximun of 30 Euros.
- Types of deliveries:
Urgent 24 hours 10,29EUR IVA incluido
• The delivery time will be 24 hours.
• The order must be done from Monday to Friday before 14:00,
if not the delivery will be 48 hours.
• The orders will not be delivered untill Monday.
• The price of the delivery is with tax included.
Delivery on Saturday 22,78EUR Tax included
• This modality is only valid for capital cities.
• This modality is reserved for urgent orders
done on Friday before 14:00 O´clock, that will be delivered on Saturday
before 11:00 O´clock.
• Delivery Price with Tax included.
Shipping costs paid by the client.
• This delivery modality is for all orders done
out of Spain. It is also valid if you want us to use
a different transport company.
• The costs will be paid for by the client, dscasturias.com
will not be responsable for the damages caused by transport.
• You must indicate by which company you wish to recieve
your order and your telephone number in Spain.
• With this modality you may only pay by bank account transference.
(You will have to select it in the following section).
-Payment modalities:
Paying when you recieve the order
• This is the quickest modality for recieving orders.
• It is important that your account includes your telephone number.
• DSCASTURIAS will contact you before sending
the order;.
• This modality is available for orders from out of Spain.
• The transport company will add 5% to the total of your order
as a comission, this comission will be of 6euros minimun;
and 61 euros maximun; stablished
Bank account transference
• This modality is valid for orders done out of
Spain and international.
• The order will not be sent untill the money
arrives at our bank. This means a delay in the order;
of about 48 to 72 hours depending on the bank.
• The costs of the bank account transference will be paid by the client.
• the client will pay the price of the selected products
plus the transport costs that will be calculated at the end of
the order.
- Devolutions:
The client´s obligation is to verify the products once he recieves them and if they see
any anomaly or difference with the original order, he/she will have
7 working days to return it with its original package
and the shippment costs paid indicating clearly the reasons for the devolution.
Out of this time dscasturias.com, will not admit devolutions
except previous agreement or manufacturer´s defect
b. In the case that the sending mistake is dscasturias.com fault,
the corresponding product will be sent as soon as possible, with the shipment paid.
All the products have a garanty period of the garanty period offered
by the manufacturer
